These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the hi77c platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and hi77c ("hi77c", "We", "Us", "Platform") governing your access to and use of the hi77c website at hi77c.pro, including all gaming, betting, and financial services offered thereon. These Terms apply to all players regardless of the device, browser, or location from which they access the platform, provided that access is permitted under applicable laws.
By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the hi77c platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the hi77c platform. hi77c reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. 1. Eligibility Requirements
To register and use the hi77c platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. hi77c strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and reserves the right to request government-issued identification documents to confirm your age at any time.
- You must be a natural person and not acting on behalf of a corporate entity, trust, or other legal structure when using the platform for personal gaming purposes.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of hi77c or any of its affiliated entities or gaming software providers.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and the Bangladeshi mobile number you will use for deposits and withdrawals.
- You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by hi77c or voluntarily elected by you, and you must not be accessing the platform in circumvention of any such restriction.
hi77c reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend an account, or terminate access at any time if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player does not meet or has ceased to meet these eligibility requirements. Account suspension pending eligibility verification does not entitle the player to any compensation for losses of access or inability to place bets.
2. Account Registration and Security
Each player may hold only one registered account on the hi77c platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is a violation of these Terms and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
Account Credentials
Your account login credentials — your registered mobile number and password — are personal and confidential. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify hi77c immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. hi77c will not be liable for losses resulting from failure to safeguard your credentials.
KYC Verification
hi77c may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures at any time, including before processing a withdrawal request, after reaching certain deposit thresholds, or in compliance with anti-money-laundering procedures. You must provide accurate identification documents when requested. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension and the freezing of your balance pending resolution.
Account Closure
You may request the closure of your hi77c account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified remaining balance (after deducting pending bets, bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements, and any amounts under investigation) will be returned to your registered payment method. hi77c reserves the right to close any account it deems to be in violation of these Terms without prior notice.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
hi77c accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the supported Bangladeshi payment channels listed on the platform at the time of your transaction. These currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and certain partner banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. hi77c does not accept cash deposits or transfers from unverified third-party accounts.
Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your hi77c wallet balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. hi77c is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's processing systems.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets typically complete within 5 to 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on your bank's processing schedule. A minimum withdrawal amount may apply; the current minimum is displayed in your wallet section at the time of your request.
Withdrawal Restrictions
Withdrawals will not be processed until any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to your current balance have been satisfied. Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal requests held pending verification. hi77c reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if it suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currency conversion fees, if applicable due to your payment provider's processing, are the player's responsibility. hi77c does not charge additional platform fees on standard deposit or withdrawal transactions.
4. Bonuses and Promotions
hi77c offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including a welcome bonus for new registrations. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered:
- Each bonus offer is available to one account per player, per household, per mobile number, and per payment method. Attempts to claim a bonus multiple times by creating additional accounts constitute a violation of these Terms.
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier and eligible games for wagering will be specified in the bonus offer at the time of issuance. Standard wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is stated in the promotional terms at the time of activation.
- hi77c reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted a bonus and have an active wagering requirement will not be disadvantaged by a mid-promotion amendment unless the amendment is necessitated by regulatory compliance or fraud prevention.
- Bonus funds must be used within any stated expiry period. Expired bonus funds will be removed from your account balance without compensation. Cash balances and bonus balances are tracked separately within your hi77c wallet.
- hi77c reserves the right to reclaim any bonus amount or bonus-derived winnings if it determines that a bonus was claimed in error, obtained through fraudulent means, or in violation of these Terms. Where a bonus is reclaimed, your real-money balance will not be affected beyond the removal of the bonus-related amounts.
5. Betting and Gaming Rules
All bets placed on the hi77c platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring that all bet details — including selection, stake amount, and market — are correct before confirming a wager. hi77c will not reverse, adjust, or refund bets placed in error by the player.
Void Bets
hi77c reserves the right to void any bet where it can be demonstrated that the odds, market, or game result was materially affected by a technical error, data feed error, or manifest pricing error. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's balance. hi77c will endeavour to identify and void affected bets promptly.
Casino and Live Casino
All casino and live casino games available on hi77c are provided by certified third-party gaming software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game rules, RTP values, and payout structures are determined by the respective provider and are available within each game's help or information section. hi77c does not manipulate or modify game outcomes.
Disconnection and Technical Failures
In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game round or live casino session, hi77c will endeavour to resolve the round based on the game state recorded on the provider's server at the time of disconnection. Where a round cannot be completed, the stake will be returned to the player's balance. hi77c is not liable for losses arising from network interruptions on the player's side, including mobile data dropouts common in parts of Bangladesh.
6. Responsible Gaming
hi77c is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform is intended for adult entertainment only and is strictly restricted to players aged 21 and above. hi77c recognises that a small number of players may develop problematic gambling behaviour and provides tools to help players manage their activity. These tools include deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. Players wishing to activate any of these tools should contact hi77c support at [email protected].
Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, you may not access the hi77c platform in any capacity. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion — for example by registering a new account — is a breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure. hi77c will not be liable for losses incurred during a period when a self-exclusion should have been in effect but was circumvented by the player.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hi77c platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
- Opening or operating more than one account on the hi77c platform, whether under your own identity or under a false identity, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or any other reason.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets, interact with games, exploit bonus structures, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over other players or over hi77c.
- Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other financial crime through the hi77c platform, including but not limited to depositing funds obtained through illegal means or attempting to use the platform's payment infrastructure to obscure the origin of funds.
- Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes on the platform to place bets or generate winnings that would not have been available under normal operating conditions. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or suspected error are subject to reclaim by hi77c.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with hi77c support, including misrepresenting your age, identity, location, or the source of your deposited funds.
hi77c employs risk monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, hi77c will act without prior notice to suspend the account, freeze the balance, and investigate the activity. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct forfeit all balances, including any real-money deposits, and waive any right to claim compensation from hi77c in respect of the account closure.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hi77c shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the player's use of the hi77c platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any business interruption, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory, even if hi77c has been advised of the possibility of such damages. hi77c's total liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
hi77c provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. hi77c does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. hi77c does not guarantee the accuracy of odds, scores, or statistics displayed on the platform, which are provided for informational purposes and sourced from third-party data providers. Players place bets at their own risk and should verify information independently before wagering.
9. Amendments to These Terms
hi77c reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where an amendment materially affects your rights as a player, hi77c will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
Your continued use of the hi77c platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 2. Amendments do not apply retroactively to bets already settled or transactions already completed prior to the amendment's effective date.
